It was a wonderful experience. They communicated beautifully, were easy to work with, professional, personable, and they were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and did great work. It was such a delight to work with them. I plan to use them again the future and have recommended them to several neighbors already.

A poor/expensive plumber experience with no repair just a suggestion a need to return after I purchase replacements, meant simple leaking faucets repairs resulted in skepticism and uneasiness for this senior with an ambulatory disability. Friends suggested Bert Norman’s Plumbing; therefore, an appointment was booked. Receptionists told me up front a service fee of $49 was mandatory on any call. The technician arrived promptly entering with shoe coverings to assess the “leaking” sinks (kitchen & bath) dilemma. I had been told both needed new fixtures (another call, another $115 service fee from previous Plumber). Burt Norman’s technician evaluation was one sink only needed filter cleaning and the other needed handle repairs and cleaning out! Informed him I could not clear under sink area, and he said “no problem”. He cleared and even cleaned area and afterwards replaced all! Always polite and courteous with competent manners even explaining when he had to leave briefly to secure parts on another’s truck there was no extra expense. Jason from Burt Norman’s Plumbing provided such a positive repair encounter. It has been a long time since I have experienced such informative, respectable, and ethical professionalism. I would hope the rest of the Norman’s team has this old fashioned knowledge and honor. Service Fee - $49.00 Repairs/parts - $199.00

They were prompt and fixed the leak for a reasonable rate.

Would not use again. Way over priced.

Prompt and courteous service. They even took care of a couple of minor extra issues at no additional charge.

VERY nice plumber, on time and courteous.Just seemed a little expensive as it took him longer to write up the receipt than to fix the toilet.  But I admit I haven't dealt with a plumber in years so that may be the going rate. My son, same subdivision, has used this company and referred me to them.  I would use them again.

said the problem was electrical and they could not fix. however they spent all day doing a complete analysis of heater panel which they concluded was fine. charged me $125 and i had to get someone else come out and repair the unit. they did a service which i did not request, spent hours working on my unit though they knew they could not repair it just so they could charge me for a service. will never use this provider again.

Technician arrived before designated time and accomplished all tasks quickly and professionally.  Left bathroom work areas spotless and stopped all leaks.  Would definitely use in the future.

Eddie was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not push doing any extra repairs but did point potential problem areas, especially with our 20 year old toilets. Took lots of time answering questions I had. Showed me how to turn off water to the house when we vacate for the summer months. He always put shoe coverings on when entering our home, even after making repeated trips outside. Definitely an educational and pleasant experience...and I will be sure to call Bert Norman's (requesting Eddie), the next time we need a plumber!

They came out to give me an estimate.  The estimate was double the money of other 2 companies and on top of that Bert Norman's Plumbing charged me a $59 fee for the estimate.

They were very punctual.  Worked quickly and professionally.  They explained all of the work to be performed and the cost.  When the work was completed they left the job site very clean and tidy.

Our old hot water heater power was tripping and when they came out they found a leak in the system which was making the hot water heater turn off and we ended up needing a new hot water heater.  They worked with our landlord, order the part and had it all installed in a few days.

mitch and alex were great to work with.  extremely knowledgeable and thorough.  excellent quality workmanship and finish.  bert norman was terrific at working with me on scheduling the work around my schedule.  I highly recommend them and will use them now for all my plumbing needs.
