The entire process was seamless from start to finish. I had a client who needed pressure washing completed before a specific due date, and I first needed an estimate for approval. Andrew was very accommodating and punctual. He provided excellent customer service and maintained great communication throughout the process.
Even when there was about a week’s delay for the client’s approval, Andrew was patient and understanding. As soon as the job was approved, Andrew and his team immediately sprang into action and did a phenomenal job. The client was extremely pleased with the results.
Andrew kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when they started, when the work was completed, and promptly sent over the invoice and before-and-after photos. This is exactly how customer service should be.

Power wash pro did a fantastic job customizing and putting Christmas lights on our home on Atlantic Avenue. They showed up on the day and time agreed-upon and did a professional job! They went above and beyond our expectations. Call them and relax. I will use them for pressure washing our home and other properties this spring. I am thankful every year when Powerwash Pro services our home. Andrew Beard is professional, courteous and his teams are thorough and respectful. I wish every person who provides a service would treat customers the way Andrew does. This year was no exception. Nestor and Jorge came and cleaned the gutters, blew off the roof then power/soft washed our house exterior, fence, outdoor furniture, entrance pad, sidewalk, driveway and cement road edge. They did a wonderful job as usual! I would not have anyone else provide these services for our home each year!

Right from the beginning Andrew was prompt and efficient. His pricing is extremely competitive and communication from initial call until after the job was completed is something you donâ  t find around here. His employees arrived on time, even wore booties over their shoes and did a spectacular job cleaning our windows and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. This is the 2nd time I have used Powerwash Pro and I have not been disappointed either time. The first time I had Andrew clean just my house. It stayed beautiful for over a year, just like he said. His team was professionally dressed, they worked quickly and competently, and they cared about my landscaping as much as I did. The 2nd cleaning included my windows, patio pavers and cage screens. Andrew and his team were punctual on their arrival and polite and diligent while providing their services (again). My home and screened patio look like new!! I will use them again and again!!
