"If you need Stucco Repair and painting , this is who you want to hire. My Home looks better than it did when I bought it new construction. Beni explained the whole process and helped me selecting the paint . I love the quality of the paint he used . My stucco was cracked and needed to be fixed . Beni pressure washed the house , repaired the stucco and then painted it. Beni is very accurate and delivers high quality work â ¦ I would give him 10 stars if I could !!!"
"Giovanni and his team do awesome work! I am very pleased with the quality of stucco repair and the painting of my whole house. My house looks brand new. I highly recommend G.H. Stucco for your stucco and painting needs."
"Drew’s Masonry did an excellent job. We needed the stucco repaired before painting our home. Our stucco was in bad shape around the bottom of my window frames. The crew did an excellent job fixing that and doing a small round edge so water can flow better away front the window. They also fixed stucco cracks all around the outside walls. Now we are ready to paint. The crew was fast, courteous, and professional. Job well done. Thanks you."
"Charles Martin and his team were great. They were timely, professional, and did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone looking for stucco work on their home."
"Awesome. I am very picky about who I let work at my home. Tommy and his crew are top notch painters. Took care of all my issues and communicated quickly. No question too small. Used Bruna and her girls for house cleaning. Wow. Now that’s a clean house. Punctual, friendly, experienced. They don’t waste time. Just get to work. Would highly recommend Entire Home Services."
"We had used Mr Wolf for an interior paint job and were very pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, and his professionalism. He was the first person we thought off when we realized we needed the exterior of our two-story home repainted. This exterior job including filling in of stucco cracks, and we wanted to ensure the patching would not be visible after the job was done. We had many hairline cracks and at least one area at the front that was much worse. We opted for the middle of three paint quality options which meant the paint would last a reasonable number of years. The quote was higher than a competitor but we trusted the quality we would get from Mr. Wolf and his team. Pressure washing went well, and made a big difference as we had never had this done before (4 year old house). The patching was done next, and then the final paint job with multiple coats, all within a few short days. We did a walk-through with Mr. Wolf and his team on the last day, and they followed me around so they could fix any touch-ups (I only found one dab of paint that was needed). His team is respectful and professional. All in all, we are extremely pleased with the results. The repaired stucco cracks are invisible and the paint job is neat and thorough. While I am no paint expert, it is readily apparent that Mr. Wolf knows his craft and cares about doing the best job possible with the best materials. You need only see his very detailed and thorough written quotes to realize this. We highly recommend this company for interior and exterior painting. We are already scheduling them to do more interior work for us soon! "
"Great work. They fixed some cracks in the tile and sealed some leaking joints and provided a full explanation and took extensive photos of their work and a detailed final report was sent to me. Real good people to work with. I recommend them highly."
"We were pleased with Royal Painting LLC. Mike Cummings is personable, attentive and eager to please his customers. He was very responsive in contacting us and easy to work with. His carpenter and painters did an excellent job. Greg, the primary painter, was extremely conscientious and accommodating. Royal Painting?s prices were reasonable and comparable to other companies. After the job was complete, Mike has offered to revisit and paint some additional door frames as a thank you for our business. "
From start to finish, the job went excellent in all areas and met all of our expectations. The work actually commenced prior to the planned start date and was completed on the date promised. No corners were cut in meeting the completion date. David Cadwallader of British Masonry and his 3 employees performed all work in an expert and professional manner. Their cleanup after completion was very thorough, with all construction debris being properly removed and all furniture and potted plants being returned to their place on the terrace . I had purchased mulch to place in the flower beds in front of the terrace when the work was completed. However, upon completion one of David's employees retrieved the twelve bags of mulch from our garage and spread them in the beds without us requesting or even mentioning it to the worker. It is with pleasure that I recommend British Masonry to anyone needing brick work and we will certainly use British Masonry for any future masonry work at our home.
Homeowners insurance generally won’t cover stucco damage unless it’s caused by a covered event like a storm or fire. You’ll need to pay out of pocket for damage caused by age, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or faulty installation. Consult your policy for the specifics of what stucco damage is covered and what isn’t.
Solid, unpainted stucco shouldn’t suffer damage from dots of glue used for this task. If the stucco is dirty, you may notice slight marks when you heat and peel the glue away, but these aren’t permanent.
However, not all stucco walls are solid stucco. Some are “faux” stucco with a foam backing. This kind of stucco veneer is more susceptible to damage, including damage from hot glue. We don’t suggest attaching anything to these kinds of stucco walls, so make sure you check the stucco type before starting this project.
The best tape that works on stucco is the kind made explicitly for stucco surfaces. Look for tape that specifies stucco, masonry, or cement installations. The adhesive usually needs to be thicker and more durable to remain stuck to these rough surfaces.
Yes, professionals can color-match new or repaired stucco to existing finishes to ensure a seamless and uniform appearance. While most providers offer this service, it is recommended to confirm with them beforehand.
A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. While you don’t absolutely need a hammer drill for stucco, it is a worthy investment if you think you might drill more holes down the road.
