"Well the work went alright but they didn't remove the old wood and door. He said just tip the garbage man extra and he'll probably take it away. Didn't work out. What got me though was he charged me an extra 5% for using a credit card which I think is excessive. The last contractor took credit cards and didn't charge me extra. I had already given Steve a deposit for this job though so I was kind of stuck."

"George did an excellent job. Reviewed my plans. Provided a quote. Added some input to the project that would make the outcome better, Scheduled the job. Showed up to job and completed it timely.
