"They did a great job on this and were very good about explaining everything to me when they were completed and even showed me photos of what he saw while up there. They also said there were a couple of issues that needed further work and they would provide an estimate.  I finally heard from them two months later on one of the estimates and I asked a couple of questions and they were going to get back with me but I never heard from them again.  Also, they said they would mail me a copy of the inspection they performed and results with photos which I never received.  I liked the person very much, when he was there but follow up does not appear to be their strong suit.  I wanted to use them for additional work as they are general contractors but I never heard back from them. I had a hard time rating them as I felt the actual work was an A but since I never received the inspection report or estimates for further work I had to rate them a B."
