These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. "They constructed a quality product at a good price.  Bob was very helpful during the process of getting an estimate and a permit.  Unfortunately he can be difficult to speak with.  If you have to keep a schedule, he may not tell you what his is.  He likes to say "I don't care" a lot.  Also, he flat out told us he didn't want our future business.  We paid quickly and were very flexible with our schedules.  My opinion is that if you don't know EXACTLY what you want, do not rely on these guys to give advice.  My complaints are about customer service.  The concrete slab so far seems to be excellent.
