Metro Structural Services

I dont recommend this company to a friend or colleague. I hired them in March 2024 for a crawlspace encapsulation. During the installation, the sump pump bucket was improperly installed, cut in half, resulting in the encapsulation being filled with mud and water. According to my contract, they promised to address any issues within 14 days, yet it took them a month to respond. When they finally came, they merely removed the sump pump, leaving my encapsulation exposed. They even left my dehumidifier unplugged, risking mold growth under my home. Another month passed, and while I expected them to return with a new sump pump bucket, they only reinstalled the damaged one. After yet another month, they installed a new bucket but left it half out, with the surrounding plastic cut and dirt mounds remaining. By the end of September, when I anticipated a resolution, they only came to install a new door rather than fixing the problem

Took a while to get the ball rolling due to red tape within the county and busy schedule, but once it got started it panned out perfectly.

Cody and his crew worked above and beyond to get my house as level as possible. It definitely wasn't a easy task and was done in a timely manner. His rate was on point. If anyone needs his expertise, I would definitely give Metro Structural a call.

Very professional. Metro Structural Services did more then what was quoted and never asked for more money. They were prompt and were there when they said they would be. The project was difficult under the home with very little crawl space. They didn't hesitate to jump in and complete the project under budget.
