We were very pleased and we thought they were great. We were eager to hear back from them but they never followed back up with us.

They called me pretty quickly to set the appointment. We made an appointment, and they had to cancel because it was raining - they did call to let me know. They never called me back. I called them a month later, and they said that they were at my house already; they said my roof was fine. I asked for a report or some paperwork, but never received anything. I had a leak and was hoping to be home with them during the inspection so I could ask them about it.

Not well. It was difficult getting the appointment scheduled and they did not perform anything close to what I paid for and what was advertised. As I will be in the market for a new roof soon, I was disappointed that they did not follow through in sending the "analysis" of the work they did, or even the estimate for a new roof that they promised. (Date of service and price are approximate)

The work provided was okay. They were very courteous. It's leaking around the fireplace and they put some tape up there, it did a little good but it's still leaking but I thought they were okay. I never called them and told them it was leaking, they were just doing a maintenance. They didn't spend a whole lot of time for $149. I think they were nice, I just don't think they did what they needed to. The roofer is professional.

They did a great job on this and were very good about explaining everything to me when they were completed and even showed me photos of what he saw while up there. They also said there were a couple of issues that needed further work and they would provide an estimate.  I finally heard from them two months later on one of the estimates and I asked a couple of questions and they were going to get back with me but I never heard from them again.  Also, they said they would mail me a copy of the inspection they performed and results with photos which I never received.  I liked the person very much, when he was there but follow up does not appear to be their strong suit.  I wanted to use them for additional work as they are general contractors but I never heard back from them. I had a hard time rating them as I felt the actual work was an A but since I never received the inspection report or estimates for further work I had to rate them a B.

Larry sent out two of his guys who worked quickly. They had to come back because the roof was leaking a bit, they figured out where it was and repaired it. They did a great job.

Dislike - It took several calls over a few days to get them to return my call to set up an appt.  

Like - They were prompt, courteous and professional.  They fixed what they could and inspected the longevity of the life of my roof and provided an estimate for a new roof - which I thought the price was very reasonable.  I would surely use them again.

Could never get the service done, so just a waste of my time.

Secretary told me it was inspected and it looked good.

Never sent a report as promised or an estimate for a new roof. Contacted company numerous times but no response. Very disappointed.

Multiple emails to Contractor after purchase of package through Angies List.... NO Answer
Multiple phone calls to Contract to establish date of arrival and inspection of roof....told it would be Thursday or Friday.
Thursday - No workers arrived, no phone calls advising of push to Friday.  Called to verify time on Friday.  They did not arrive on time.  Gentleman wasn't sure what he was supposed to do - was on roof for approximately 25 minutes and then was gone.   Wish I could make  $340 per hour.

It was ok. They spent 25 minutes on the roof and left.

It started very slowly...a lot of time between my first order of the package deal and first contact with company. Some of this was due to holidays but not all. They did roof inspection but I was not informed of this until the following Monday and the attachments were not viewable. One quick call and that was fixed. I did hire them to re roof house and company rep met me at bank for signing of paperwork and half payment. The work was completed in a timely manner but due to weekends and rain; trash was left in my yard longer than my neighbors liked. My main complaint was communication.

Before or roof was installed the attic temp was a scalding 118 degrees after roof it was about 103. That saves $$ on cooling cost .. This roof also has 40 yrs warrantee adds value to your home.. We looked at other contractors / roofers but they were higher in Cost and wanted to sell only the top of the line metal roof .. There are more than one type of metal roof and more than one type of installation .. We did wait a little longer for the installation because it was factory cut made it order and we chose the color, it also did rain so that delays also.. We some cash up front and the rest when the job was done .. Overall great job, very nice roof . Next we will be looking at solar.

I purchased a review of my roof. We had to reschedule once due to rain but they came when agreed after that. They spotted one area I thought would be an issue and fixed it. All was fine.

it took multiple followup calls to get an appointment time.  I was promised a certification certificate which was never received,.

They are very good to work with, honest, and very competitive.

I had a lot of questions before even starting, as I was choosing between three companies to put on a new metal roof.  Larry Burnham answered all of my questions, provided me with references, and gave me all the information I asked for.  He and his team started the work promptly after signing the contract, and did great, quality work.   I am very pleased with the look of my roof, and from watching the guys work, know that they did a great job attending to details.  We do not have a straighforward roof, and it took a lot of time and work to do this job.  We also had neighbors who were none too nice about putting on a metal roof, and Larry and his team took it in stride and made it look beautiful.
