"Pete has provided the ultimate in customer service.   He is very accessible and attentive to the needs of a new pool, and goes above and beyond to be sure that his customer's are satisfied.   Over the years, we have had exposure to many others, and he is the best by far!  He provides recommendations and provides added services as needed (as we had some issues with the original installer).
Thanks Pete for such a great experience - we look forward to the weekly service for years to come!

"I have used this firm twice. Once was to replace a control panel that was under warranty - it took a couple months for them to come back and install the replacement part which I felt was excessive (thus the low "punctuality" rating). The second visit was for a relatively small issue that went quicker, but still required a second service call even though I clearly explained what was needed prior to their visit (and add'l fee, thus the low "Price" rating; and a second visit). They seem to come out to diagnose a problem, then return to install the part - with associated service call fee. I'd use them again, but only because its so difficult to find an alternative."

"It took a month for then to do the repair work which seemed a tad long, however the company did explain that they were very busy and it would thake 2 to 4 weeks for them to make the repairs.   This was not a large problem as the pool was only stained and not leaking.  Once they did make the appointment to do the repairs they arrived on time completed the work on time and in a professional manner. all promisedservices were done and the quoted price was paid.   I would definitely reccomend this company and their product.

"I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated. Now, I can get my laundry done. It is amazing how much can accumulate in just a couple of days. Thank you to Tristan from TGC Home Services."

"Ronny Snow and his team did a beautiful job on the restoration of our pool. Our hot tub was in rough condition and at risk of collapsing into our pool. The team made the necessary repairs to the hot tub and then gave the entire pool a new look with coping and tile to match. Mr Snow came out to our home to address questions have and look over the work. Outstanding company with a sense of pride in their work and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We are very Happy with our pool and would definitely use Ronny Snow again."

Sauna Installation questions, answered by experts

Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.

It will take several hours or more to build a sauna. A prefab kit will take anywhere from three to 20 hours to install, depending on complexity and your skill level. If you’re doing a custom build, it can take more than 50 hours—especially if you need to add ventilation, ductwork, and other renovations.

A home sauna may be considered a luxury item by some homebuyers, which can provide a good return on investment. However, whether it increases your home's value ultimately depends on the buyer, as some may not want to take on the extra costs and maintenance associated with heating and upkeep.

Considering the cost of tools, parts, and hiring assisted labor, building your own sauna can cost almost as much as purchasing one. It is less expensive to buy sauna kits, since they are premade and easier to set up. Still, you may need to hire a professional to assist in electric or plumbing installation.

The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.
