"Overall it was terrable. He (Jacob) came out on 3‐14 to check our frig. He said he'd order the part and be back when it came in. Usually the next day. I càlled on 3-18 to check on part. She said that he forgot to order the part and that she would. Since it was ordered on Fridaÿ it wouldn't be in untill Monday or Tuesday. When it finally came in they schulded fot that Saturday. He installed the part but still no water dispenced. He took out filter and inserted a new one still no water. He said he wasn't sure what was wrong but unplug it to see if it was frozen inside of the the door. Otherwise they would have to send out some one else and there would be another service call fee. He then left. As soon as he left the water started leaking out all over the kitchen floor. It now makes a god awful noise from who knows what!! Never made the noise before! After 3 days of calling I shut the water off and am still waiting for them to call as they said they would. So the story continues! And I am still waiting!"

"great experience. Jose called me a few minutes later I asked for a quote. Explained what he can do and cannot do. I later call to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time, and communicate with me upfront. Very nice and polite guy. He recommended a repair and sent me a quote for parts and labor the same day. He also checked my washer for a small leak and did a temp repair that hopefully will hold for some time, but he also gave me an estimate to fix it permanently. Once he got a part for the fridge (water tank assembly), he came a few days later to install it. I appreciated his punctuality, communication and professionalism and won't hesitate to contact him in future."

"Horrible place ... Spent 500 to them to fix one problem and after they came I had more problems to fix.... I tried telling the. For months it was something they did... They then told me no it wasn't then and something magically broke when they fixed the other issue... Telling me I needed to spend another 500 to fix a broken piece... And they never actually looking inside to find the problem ... Just said they knew what it was... So a month later I smelled burning from my dryer .. almost on fire at that point because they put belt on wrong pulley... Dangerous .. could've burned house down if I hadn't caught the smell in living room before going to lay down..... After I got belt fixed by other company .. another 200 plus dollars they created ... I called and told them the issue they caused... They denied it. Like in the past ., and said nope we didn't do it.... And refused to stand by their work and honor the fact they made a mistake... The Russian guys that did the work were very smug and spoke in Russian the entire time doing the work so I had no idea what they were saying .. and I have no issues with anyone .. but it made me feel like there was a reason they were not speaking so I could understand them . Bc they spoke English fine when I asked something ... Had this all not have happened I wouldn't even bring it up ... I just don't want anyone to go through what I went through... I couldn't dry clothes at night bc my sister couldn't sleep bc of the screeching noise it made after they replaced the element .... RUN THE OTHER WAY"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

Within an hour this company contacted me and within another hour a repairman was working on my unit. The repairs were completed within about two hours. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. Gabriel, the young repairman, was very thoughtful friendly and concerned for my welfare as I am an elderly cancer patient on a walker. Because I was unable to prepare the unit and its surroundings before his arrival, he had to work hard before he could begin his repairs. Without complaint he did what was necessary to gain access to the unit and efficiently repair it. I highly recommend this company and will use it the next time an appliance tries to commit appliancecide."

"DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER (aka TRE of Tre's Appliance Repair) Terrible communication. Hired him to fix a broken fridge in a rental we own. He came out next day (which is why we hired him). He said he'd replaced 2 items (temperature sensor and thermostat), charged us $377.48 via Zelle, and told us fridge should be working in 24 hours. Over 48 hours later fridge still wasn't working. Tried contacting him again for 2 days. 48 hours later he texted and said he'd ordered a new part and would be in touch with us to fix the fridge when the new part came in. He ghosted us. He had our phone number and the tenant's phone number. After several attempts to contact him none of us have ever heard from him again. We were left with a broken fridge and out $377.48!!!! SCAM! His receipt states "90 days parts & labor". I tried contacting him again about this and have had no reply. DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER! SCAM ALERT!"
