Hartman's Appliance Repair

Good communication ahead of the appointment. Techs knew what they were doing and recommended someone for other areas they did not service. Found simple solution to repair not requiring parts. Will always call Hartman. Other companies did not return calls.

This was the 2nd time I have called on Hartman's Appliance Repair Services. From the girl that answers the phone to the technician who does the repairs. Both times it has been a positive experience. Their professionalism and courtesy are unmatched. Speaking of technicians, in my opinion, Marcus is a genius. Obviously, I am well pleased with this company.

When I called, I received an appointment right away. The repairman was on time and very good about explaining what was going on and gave helpful tips on keeping the appliance in good order.

Marco was great! He knows his stuff and is willing to work with difficult repairs.

After the initial repair, the problem still persisted. The technician came back, re-diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and fixed it the following day. I was not charged for anything after the additional labor or part. Hartman's Appliance Repair's customer service representatives were excrllent.

Excellent experience from call response through repair. Call answered quickly and after indicating problem, I was advised to try a couple things before scheduling the appointment. I had a Samsung dryer that was not heating. They suggested I have filter cleaned, which I did but problem persisted. Called back and was able to get service person out the next day. Marcus (service tech) was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. He was polite and professional and I was comfortable discussing my options (repair, replace, think about it). I opted to have the heating element replaced. Marcus did the repair quickly and I have not had any further problems. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Extremely honest, seems like it was user error, they charged the diagnostic fee explained why it was producing the sound and told me he wouldn't order any parts just yet, but if it kept making a noise to call back, the company wouldn't charge another diagnostic fee and would take care of any issue if anything else arose. Honesty is huge and they have gained a new customer and my referral business. Thanks!

Marcus was great to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Hartman's.

The technician was prompt and professional. Our Samsung refrig had not been making ice. Jason diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part, then his office contacted us when the part was in. Jason again came replaced the ice maker and within 35 minutes we were good to go.

On time; mask, gloves, shoe coverings. Honest. Explained the problem thoroughly. Friendly but professional.

They came out on time and evaluated what was needed to repair our range/oven. Unfortunately, the main control board needed to be replaced. and that made buying a new appliance the better choice. I am getting surge protection for the home so any future problems with brown outs we will be covered.
