The manager came occasionally and check the progress and asked me if I have any concerns or questions. Acs was recommended by my neighbor and I will be glad to recommend to my neighbor. In general, we really like the roof outcome. All team members are great. The entire roofing process and logistics was very good. Step by step from A-Z. If we have to wish for one thing, we would like to be in direct contact (a phone number) with a project manager (via text or call) and not have to go thru the one channel contact (text/call/email), as there are too many hands in the pot. I already recommended my neighbors.

Thia company is a rip off. Daniel Aceveso represented himself as the licensed contractor in charge of our roof replacement project. His employees broke our garage door window, cracked our driveway and the day of work they weee on thw roof whilw it rained and xontinuwd to work despite the rain causing damage to inaide of our home. He promised to do the repairs but could not be reached for months after an agreement was mase for a future time for the work to be done due to severe illness of a family member. He went ahead and changed the name of his company late 2024 or merged with another company as per Florida DPBR. Tilea are already out of place.

When I would call the office with questions Blanca was very helpful and pleasant. If she could not answer she would find out and call me back or have the job supervisor come by to talk to me. They did the work as promised and were careful to clean up every day. Camilo was very helpful in explaining the process to me and answering any questions I had. Very professional and experienced company that delivered what was promised. The roof replacement was completed in less than 10 days, all inspections passed with no issues. They covered/protected properly all the surrounding areas of the house including the entire pool. Everyone in the company was very courteous, responsive and easy to work with. Any concern or question was taken care of immediately. After such a great experience I decided to go with this company for the painting of the house. I strongly recommend ACS Construction Systems.

Workers left the area clean, they picked up all the pieces from the demo and each day after. They put tarps down to protect my pavers drive and walkway. Customer service was amazing and they were helpful with suggestions for financing. From the contract to the final permit was a smooth process.

The fact that the communication was open the entire time. All questions and concerns addressed, no hidden agendas, contract was to the point, Time schedules were on point. Clean up was immaculate. Repaired anything broken. Kept areas clean. Painted the vents on request. Followed up with a release of any liens letter and a bottle of wine. Blanca was awesome.

This company is incredible. Every phase of our tile roof replacement was perfect. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone at ACS was friendly, courteous and always helpful. My father was a general contractor and I grew up building houses, so I know a great contractor when I see one. ACS is a great contractor and I am so impressed with their work. They also painted our house and with the new flat tile roof and the new paint, it looks like a new house. I highly recommend ACS for any construction projects you have. They do it all, at a fair price and you will not be disappointed!!!
