"It is difficult to characterize Nickâ  s skills. He was first of all a contractor. He managed the removal of popcorn from the ceilings, the replacement of the interior doors and the painting of the walls and ceilings. The most remarkable thing he did in my apartment was the kitchen. A full on gut and installation of new cabinets and all that entails. I would highly recommend him!"

"I hired Juan from Specialty Home Renovations to originally do ceiling and trim painting. From the moment of our first contact everything was spot on, accurate, timely, professional and good value. Juan is fast and accurate, and I hired him to do additional projects which included door seals, caulking and plumbing. We worked along each other some of the time and got to know little about each other. Juan is an ethical person with a hustle and fire in this bellow to provide a great service and build his business and provide for his family.
