"$730 to basically change the wax ring/seal on one toilet.  Smoke test needed to be done to find the problem.  I have no problem paying for the test & his time, although I don't understand why I have to pay $250 for a machine that he owns & have to pay for 2 people to come (when one of them just stands there & does nothing).  An absolute ripoff.
