"Jason was one of 8 companies that came out to assess the master bath shower in a 13-year-old home I purchased. He was the only honest professional in the bunch. Everyone else wanted to rip out the entire shower and make a major project out of it for a lot of money. Jason said the only real functional issue was the shower stall glass and frame. He said I should not be paying him for unnecessary work unless I wanted to totally remodel the shower and tile that was external to the bathtub. He thought about the problem, not immediately about what he could sell me. He called a glass company himself, described the situation and got me a very economical quote to replace that part of the shower stall. Clearly he is an expert that does high quality work. He has the customer's best interest as his major concern. If I decide at some time to replace the tub/external shower combo with a walk-in shower Jason is the ONLY remodeler I would contact."

Problem was, beyond that there was no communication when needed, a few issues developed and I was unable to get needed answers. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work.
