EBS Construction has completed several projects for my company. The largest project was a complete gut renovation of a single-family home. This included new drywall, doors, windows, kitchen and bathrooms, roof, interior and exterior painting, and new driveway.

We hired Ebed to do a reno and he seamed like he knew what he was doing and came referd by a roofer that we found out was his son and we paid him 22600.00 for the first phase of scope and he took the money and ran. Ebed did not complete any of the work he started, made a total mess of the house, causing more damage than necessary and left us high and dry when this storm come through last week. The city cut the electricity because he was working without a permit and tried to blame it on us ?? This guy is bad news and doesn't know what he's doing. He subs everything out and constantly complains about everything. A true scamming contractor !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! We plan on taking legal action against this company.

"The only truth to all of this is that that my son did referred you to me and how did i take $22,600 and ran with it when you didn?t give any money up front or deposit to start the renovation because you do bank draws and the bank only pays after a bank inspection and depending on how much work you have completed they will release funds i spent $11,000 out of my own money to start and the 1st draw was for only $7,000 and besides all the demolition and left behind furniture i had to throw away i rented 6 20 yard dumpsters the owner is a contractor from Dallas name Brandon that never picked up the phone when i called him the guy writing the bad review is his supervisor that doesn?t know anything about construction always tell me to do something and then came back and said the owner wants to change it and never paid extra for nothing i did that wasn?t in the contract then i continued working doing all new plumbing re-piping of the whole entire house also all new electrical rewiring of the whole entire House i ended spending a total of $23,875 of my own money the supervisor promised i was getting a good draw on the 2nd draw and it was all a lie so i ended leaving they are just mad because they don?t know anyone here in tampa and no one is going to work with their own money and wait for a bank draw like i did."

Pons Embed is not qualified to do any additions and I would caution you from using him for anything. He seems nice at first, but he uses subcontractors for everything and does not inspect their work. We had to stop them from attempting our addition because they were going against the plans. When we tried to get him to fix his work he abandoned the project. Be careful with this company.

These guys do the best work and have the best prices! Itâ s a win win! The value was so great that was going to be a smaller project ended up being bigger because of how much under my budget they came it with the â must haveâ work. With the leftover budget we were able to do our kitchen as well.

The project took a little longer than originally forecast, but it was still completed in a timely fashion. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Ebed was very professional when he provided me a bid arriving on schedule. I thought the price was fair. I have some more projects in the near future and I would definitely contact them again to provide a bid.

In August we decided to renovate our 100 year old kitchen. We received an estimate from EBS and started gutting the kitchen in September. We are very satisfied with the work and will comment. - the crew worked on time for the scheduled days. - the job was completed on time. - the cost was in agreement with the estimate. This was a difficult project and we are very happy with the final result.

I hired E.B. to repair drywall and remove mold from a small storage shed attached to my garage. He was very quick to come and give me an estimate and he was friendly. However, they never finished the job. He had excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't come each day. He was clearly working on multiple jobs. Mine was pushed to the end of his priority list. I had to hire someone else to finish the job. Also, he poured the concrete floor all the way to the drywall. Which everyone told me to make sure they leave a 2 inch space. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them to a friend.

We hired them to do some repairs on some strips in my father's ceiling. This house is an older home, so it has a stipple texture on the ceiling. The repairs were flawess They matched the texture perfectly. They were prompt, courteous, experienced and affordable. Our four favorite qualities.

This project was more than just painting. It was wall paper removal, re-texturizing in two small rooms and painting both, plus painting about 80 percent of the wood work throughout the house. EB came on time to give me the estimate. Even though I was about 1/2 hour late and he waited for me. His estimate was more than reasonable, he and his crew showed up at the time expected. He estimated it might take 3, perhaps part of the fourth day and the project was completed in 3 days. His two-man crew were polite, sensitive to the home, and very efficient and effective workers. EB was very kind to do a bit of touch up work in another room and did not charge extra for it, even thought his contract calls for extra payment for extra work. I will be very happy to recommend him to others, and I'm already planning additional projects I will request in a few months.

EB is very reliable which is unusual these days with contractors. He did excellent work, and took his time to ensure that the final result was to my satisfaction. His cost was more than reasonable and definitely fair. I highly recommend his company for drywall repair and painting.
