I was initially hopeful that my bushes would recover, but unfortunately, they have not. While my roof looks spotless, the damage to my landscaping is significant? easily around $1,000, as shown in the pictures. I brought this issue to the provider's attention, but their response showed little care or concern. I am not sure why basic precautions, like covering or rinsing my plants, were not taken to prevent this issue. It is disappointing that such a simple step could have avoided this entirely. I strongly caution others to be present during the service to ensure proper care is taken to protect your lawn and plants. This provider did not demonstrate thoughtfulness in their work and showed no remorse for the damage caused. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking another provider who takes more pride in their attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Within minutes of me filling out the HomeAdvisor questionnaire they contacted me and gave me a solid quote. They came over the next day and did an excellent job. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about the services I needed. He recommended a soft wash instead of a strong power wash since it could potentially damage my roof tiles. Awesome job, I'll definitely contact them again in the future.
