When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We have a strong geological back ground that allows us to build in areas that others can't. (Many of our homes are supported all the way down to the limestone.) Before construction we do deep SBT drilling to rule out any unseen sinkhole or raveling soil conditions that are so prevalent all throughout Florida. Most builders do 20' if any at all. (Why is that important, call me) We have seen and built so many homes over the years that we have thousands of design ideas. AND... We can typically get you a rate up to two points lower than most of the other Construction Perm Loans and/or builders.
