Over the years of working in the construction business we have built and worked on thousands of homes and now most of the homes that we build around the coast achieve 190 mph+ wind ratings. We have a strong geological back ground that allows us to build in areas that others can't. (Many of our homes are supported all the way down to the limestone.) Before construction we do deep SBT drilling to rule out any unseen sinkhole or raveling soil conditions that are so prevalent all throughout Florida. Most builders do 20' if any at all. (Why is that important, call me) We have seen and built so many homes over the years that we have thousands of design ideas. AND... We can typically get you a rate up to two points lower than most of the other Construction Perm Loans and/or builders.
