I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project.
