There was some confusion about the right equipment needed to do the job so the workers were idle for some time waiting for the equipment. That caused the job to be completed in two days instead of one. But what I liked the most is the quick responsiveness of the people in the office. They also trimmed the limbs exactly as I requested. They retrieved the trash in the morning of the 3rd day. They left it a little dirty (leaves and small sticks) after the pick up. The workers were polite and respectful.
