We carry General Liability Insurance, and require any and all sub-contractors we use to have the same coverage to protect you, us and them from accident or loss during the course of any project. In most cases we submit bills for payment at the completion of the job and are due upon receipt. However, in some cases we may submit for draws during larger projects or we may require a deposit upon the signing of contract. All is on a job to job basis. We offer our custom made windows direct from our factory to our customers and install them in the customer's home. We then guarantee the window AND the installation to the customer for as long as they own the home. We encourage our customers to come into our factory, take a tour, and see the windows being made. In the factory showroom, a customer can operate and handle the window, see grid patterns and color samples. There are also doors to open an close and sample. NewSouth also offers a free in-home demonstration. We will come to our customer's home, measure the job exactly and offer a factory-direct price that includes installation.
