"Not very well. Refrigerator was leaking water when he left and the next day every time we requested water from the refrigerator the water leaked out of the bottom of the refrigerator. I called Mr Guerra 3 days in a row before I could speak to him. He said he would be out the next day. That was a week ago. He still has not called me. This was the worst experience I have had with an Angie’s List contractor. I am very disappointed with Guerra Services and disappointed with Angie’s List as well for listing Guerra Services as a preferred vendor. "The power head on my 20+ year old Aerus vacuum broke. I called Aerus of Orlando. A real person answered the phone. I explained the issue and he told me what I needed and the cost. Very reasonable price. When Donald arrived , he was on time and pleasant. I He got right to work fixing the original problem. I had forgotten to mention another issue. He immediately said he would look at it. I am sure glad I asked. I am very glad I asked. He took it apart and the inside was not good. The encasing around the motor was all broken into big and little pieces. Not safe at all. No telling when there would have been a fire. I purchased a new vacuum from Donald. After having the other one for over 20 years, I felt it was a good product for the price. He put it together and explained all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this business and Donald A Martin Sr. to all."
