I would go 1 star. Roof looks ok from what I can see. Don?t want to void the warranty by walking across the roof. Not great at metal work around some areas. Had a solar skylight put in at the same time the roof was complete. Had some minor cracking in the ceiling around solar tube. Had to fix AC ducts since they were not working (kinked), also had to fix garage door opener (wire in attic was pulled out)

Excellent Company! From start to finish, every step of the way was handled with excellence! Charles Carson spent 2 hours taking me through all the details and options for a complete roof replacement with photos of all my roof details. The office called me bi-weekly with a status report. The materials arrived 1 month ahead of the initial schedule. Matt Woods, Field supervisor, kept me appraised at each step of the stripping and installation, again with photos from the roof. I have no hesitation in recommending Batterbee Roofing as the go-to Company for all your roof needs!

Everyone I spoke with was professional and polite. They continued to email me updates as to when the project would start. Sam our sales person took on the responsibility of doing things that were necessarily in his job description. I applaud him for that. We are looking at getting gutters next and they will be the first company I call.

Justin, our job supervisor, led a very capable crew and did a fantastic job from start to cleanup. And finally, the office staff was very attentive to our requests and promptly returned our calls. They did an excellent job. They were very professional, came on time, cleaned everything up when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

The roofers were friendly and answered all my questions.

I am disappointed because I had a leak 2 years after they install the roof. They came and charge me to fix the roof, my understanding was I had 15 year warranty.

The crew was very hard working and polite showed up around 8:30 AM and were completely done by 6:30 PM. They did a very good clean up job. I never found any nail at all after they were finished.

They did a great job, cleaned up when they finished and answered all my questions.

They were scheduled to do the work. It was raining so they went out to breakfast and came back after once it stopped raining. Very good and very professional. They installed a new vent for the hood fan which keeps bugs out. They cleaned up afterwards and blew off the driveway.

A good company to work with ...Was satisfied with the goose neck replace and cost.

Tim arrived on time. He was polite and very knowledgeable. We would definitely hire this company.

Scheduling was compiled, workers showed up ahead of time, did repair work and cleaned up when they were done. You would never know I had workers there. Jasper is excellent salesperson and made the job understandable to me.

Justin came quickly as I had a upcoming closing on the property., he had to return, however, because he had missed a nail hole, and the roof was still leaking. We just made the closing date, it was very stressful.

Came on time ,did work as needed, kept me informed about any problems. Cleaned up after job. Good company

I still have not had the roof installed....originally they said end of May....now end of June!!!!??! roof set to be installed June 9th.
