"The installation went very well.  They were for the most part on time, courteous and neat.  Some of the workers were a little more concerned about the dust factor than others.  We could have pushed it and they would have complied but with our particular windows the dust factor was really not a major issue.  One of the new installers put carpet graded plastic down on our ceramic tile and we are still dealing with glue residue from that.  The window and doors look great. It took a little longer to get the city to finish off the permit but all worked out fine.  They wanted their full payment when the windows were in as opposed to when the permit was signed off and all the minor issues taken care of.  I withheld about 5% and would suggest that to be a good plan, although there was no indication that it would have made a difference in their speed of completion.

"Very pleased with the job from start to finish. Jordan the salesperson was spot on, he responded quickly to any calls I made to him. He also worked tirelessly to accommodate my budget. I would have given 5 stars but there was a little damage done to my transition. Yimey came right to me to show me what happened, and he called his operations manager Jon C. I called Jordan who was getting me in touch with Josh another operations manager. I sent the pictures to Josh and he said he would take care of, ok no problem. Jon C. in the meantime asked to speak to me. He was arguing with me that a transition from Home Depot would either match or would come close to the color of the floor. I was not happy with this, and he insisted, I would not budge because that's like going to Burger King for a Big Mac. Josh took control of the situation; I got my transition from the original store I purchased from, and Josh even came to my house to make sure everything was ok. THANK YOU YIMMEY, YASMANY, AND JOSH !!!! The installers Yimmey and Yasmany were absolutely fantastic. They called the morning of the install to say they work be arriving by noon, due to them not finishing a job on Friday. They arrived early and were ready to work. They took care in removing the old sliding door as well as putting the new one in. I cannot say enough on how pleased I am that these 2 men installed my sliding glass door, I'm very appreciative!!!! It started raining during the install and they didn't miss a beat. They kept on going. The cleaned up my home from the materials removed. Yimmey and Yasmany are an asset to Window Wall. They are perfect examples of hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. They didn't rush, but weren't slacking either. I cannot say enough about these gentlemen. Companies nowadays don't care in quality and don't stand behind their products. Love my sliding glass door!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!"
