After failed attempts at trying to unclog the drains by indoor methods using several different lengths of snake, he ended up having to go on my roof a couple of times with his tools to finally be able to clear the drains. For awhile, it seemed nothing would work, but Chris expressed his determination and successfully completed the work.  For the first time in a long time, my drains work perfectly. One quirk having nothing to do with the work but was a bit perplexing so I'll note it: Each time the office called me to either confirm the appointment or inform me Chris was on the way, the caller ID read 'Federal Express'. I don't pick up calls I don't have business with &/or recognize but  fortunately, I do have an account with FedEx so I picked up only to be surprised that it was the plumbing service. I could have missed the appointment. I reported this to the young lady after each call & suggested she might want to check with their phone company for an answer and resolution.)
