They did NOT cause this problem however they did not bring it to my attention either and my discovery was to late in my visit to do anything about it -so I must return again.They knew I was there to wait on repairmen to fix the house issues (AC and electrician were also coming)-I dont know if they thought I would ask them to fix it and they didn't want to but I can not believe they didn't notice it.

After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. "Initially Southern Screen came to the house to see and measure out what I wanted to have done. Within a day or two was given written estimate with diagrams to review. Upon accepting the estimate they ordered the slider. It took a couple of weeks to arrive from manufacturer. Then we set up an installation appointment.
