"The project went great. I got updates on when the crew would be here and text/phone calls when there were issues. Customer service was fantastic. The job was excellent and it was about $7k less than competitors. I was very happy. The only mishap was that I stepped on a nail on the second day they were here. I realize that debris is everywhere, but think they should clear pathways regularly as I was in and out of the house that day."

About repairing the roof, he would rather just replace the roof at ten thousand dollars. I said I don't have ten thousand dollars so I guess you'd better bring me back my money so he brought me back the 500 and the contract we wrote canceled and he left. So he changed his mind about repairing, he wanted to replace it for ten thousand dollars rather than repair it for 500 dollars."
