My experience with Packman Construction was not good at all. We had our entire, large, pool deck redone â several thousand dollars spent. Many different workers came out over several weeks and damage the paint on the outside walls (had to get that repainted separately), several areas on the lanai had to be re-addressed, and still do not look right (texture does not match), and they left debris on deck before they painted, which we had to scrape off and redo. Then, less than six weeks, a cracked developed â an issue we specifically paid for to get corrected. When I notified Jesus Packman of the issue and provided an opportunity for him to fix it, his response was, in essence, we donâ t warranty our work. Wait, what? Promises made, promises not kept. That should tell you all you need to know about this business and their practices. Other alternatives in the area to go with, and I highly recommend you seek them out â wish we had.

No problems or concerns. Everything went smoothly and I would use them again.

I hired Pachmend when I lived in Sarasota June 2020, they did a great job then. I had them fill in areas of my patio, poured a trash can pad, and filled in the front entrance so that I could make a seating area in front. Then I moved to Bradenton and just hired them again to rework 2 steps to 4 steps at my entry and pour a 10 x 22 patio in the back. The patio is beautiful, better than what I had expected. The steps are wonderful, do not have to grab the railing to get in to house because the rise of the steps were too steep. Great job again! Definetly will use Jesus and his crew over and over. Always able to reach the owner by phone. They came when they said they would. I would highly recommend them to anyway. I will be getting my driveway done, and I not use anyone else.

Started out a little slow, but the cement job was done great

I believe they are good people, however, I think they are too busy doing multiple jobs at the same time and quality suffers. Way too many excuses and how do you fix mistakes once the concrete is done. Take another discount off the price and move on with your life.

I have been in the building trades all my life. I was actually a Concrete Finisher for 6 years, and have to tell you that Pachmend Construction did a top notch job, on my concrete Shuffle Board Court! I was a Construction Inspector for NASA for 22 years, and have looked at all kinds of concrete work being done. Believe me when I tell you this outfit is one of the best! Pachmend is a very honest, and a reliable company, that will get the job done on time, and you will be happy with the end product. It was nice to have a company with old fashioned values, that did the job, on a hand shake, and did more than what was promised. Jesus did not ask for a deposit, or up front money. He came on time to give me and estimate, and actually came to do the work sooner than promised! They left my job site clean and organized daily. Who could ask for more! I highly recommend this company.

There isn't enough room here for me to give the most positive reviews. They are all first class. The entire crew was very kind, professional and caring. They did the driveway and related work with no questions. They were all clean, caring, and best work ethics. I only wish I had more words and room to write here.

They did an excellent job. I was surprised how fast they got to it knowing how busy contractors are today. The work was excellent. Originally my husband was going to do the demolition but never got to it. They did the demo for a minimal upcharge .we are very pleased with Barry and Jesus. Good honest reputable business. Pleased to find them and will use in the future.

I was a little short at one point, after contacting Jesus he educated me. They were not completed with my project, and had a punch list to complete. I would highly recommend these guys. It was messy but the final product was outstanding, and the new drive looks fantastic. He even went out of his way to let me know the substrate was really soft, but could be remedied with a load of stone and some compaction of stone, which I readily agreed to for a nominal additional fee. All in all, the job, customer service, and overall quality was above and beyond my expectations. Again, Thanks to Jesus and the crew.

There were places that could have used more attention or a better job. It was a wide and long driveway. Mr Mendosa was so kind and helpful though.

They did not consider the job finished until we were 100% satisfied. The integrity of this company was beyond impressive. I wished all service companies had this kind of work ethic and desire for excellent customer service. They were a joy to work with. Love the look of our pool deck and the cracks are all gone.

After calling 4 different concrete companies to pour a small drive Jesus was the only one to even return our call. And we are definitely thankful! Jesus came right out gave us a very fair bid and even work with us on several changes to the plan to satisfy our neighbor. They were back within a week and in 2 days we have a beautiful driveway with a drainage system!!! His crew worked their butts off to get it done! Thank you Jesus for making our first contractor hiring in Florida an awesome experience!

Jesus Mendoza is very experienced , efficient, and personable. He was here when he said he would be, gave me a quote and stuck to it, and completed the work to my satisfaction. He poured a cement walkway in the front of my house. It looks great.

Jesus and his crew poured and finished the concrete this afternoon. It is absolutely beautiful! I had the front filled in, the fenced in backyard was was filled in, and a trash can pad was pored right outside of fenced in area. I am so happy with the work they did and the way they worked with me. Five stars definitely, I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Jesus was fabulous. On time, neat, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. He walked me through the process of covering my old poly-pebble patio with concrete, texture and paint. His price was very reasonable. It looks SO beautiful and it was finished quickly and efficiently. I m so thrilled! Thank you Jesus!

Jesus team extended my concrete pool deck and pave it with travertine. The paving was decorated with different color tiles and having two , in deck, planters. The project also include quite sophisticated coping around irregular shape pool. The total area was around 1500 sq feet. EXCCELENT JOB. Thank you Jesus
