I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. Mr. Carl and Ron came in early in the morning and immediately started to work on the ceiling repair. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they did it without delay. "We were very pleased with the services provided by Gilbert Design Build. We wanted to renovate the kitchen and to place an accent wall with electric fireplace and TV in the living room. The project begins with meeting the president and the designer to discuss ideas and samples see if we're all a good fit. The designer and president then visit the house to see the exact spaces to be built or renovated. The project manager then completes measurements and designer orders materials. When all materials are on hand the site manager schedules the professionals in tile, plumbing, electrical, and framing to their dates Each was pleasant, worked with cleanliness, and delivered a great product. Only two glitches occurred in the process: 1. The distance between the TV and the fireplace heater was not sufficient. This took more tiling but was corrected. 2. The pots and pans rack was very noisy. This was corrected with drawers. Overall a very professional job by Gilbert Design and Build."

"Reached out to Jason for an estimate to install the new marble tile in our remodeled bathroom. When we called we did leave a message and he returned it at the end of the work day which was fine. He explained he was in the middle of a job and gives his current job his uninterrupted and undivided attention until he is done for the day. When he came to give the estimate he was there on time which to me is 10 mins early. Since the first time we met him we liked him. He was able to visually look at the "new" walls that were put up and extras in the shower and knew every imperfection in it just by looking at it. From the not level bench to the slight difference in the edges. To say impressed was an understatement. He backed up his findings by showing us using our own level so we were comfortable with what he was saying. Then he didn't even bat an eye when he was told that it was marble and not your standard 12x12 pieces he would be working with or how my wife wanted it wrapped around the entire shower including the ceiling. He listened and even gave new ideas on how to do something to make it look better. Other estimates were obtained but after a few it was clear we were not impressed with anyone like we were with Jason. No one seemed to have the eye for detail that he did and that is what definitely sold my wife on him so he was hired. A start date was given and he stuck to it and he was there right on time every single day until the job was completed. Once he started, it was clear why he got the reviews his did and his eye for detail is amazing. Every imperfection and flaw in the walls, etc were nothing to him. He knew exactly what to do and still give us the best outcome without ever compromising the quality of the work. The man is amazing at what he does and so worth every single penny he was paid. Using the ideas my wife had and his knowledge and expertise it turned out so much nicer than we would have ever imagined."

Turns out.. we have the screen in porch of our dreams thanks to Mr Pro Home Improvement. He came to make an estimate on Wednesday, started the job on Friday, and finished the job on Monday. He worked quickly and did a beautiful job. He is professional and personable and this was an all around awesome experience. He will be my first phone call if I ever have another project."

Once again, we got superior workmanship, quality materials and great communication at a fair price. We were away for the summer, but we knew from our first experience we could invite Lisa, Mark and their crew into our home with confidence. Smith uses only its own crew, no subs, and has a great network of suppliers for cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, shower enclosures and whatever else you need. Lisa coordinates and schedules them all. Once work began, Lisa was in steady communication via text, email or phone. She sent photos almost every day. If she had a question, she consulted us before proceeding. If we had questions, she answered them promptly. The job was done in less than a month. The results were beautiful. This small company is in high demand with good reason."
