Additionally, he didn't ask for a lot of additional prep, such as rearranging our home. He understood the home was occupied, and made only reasonable requests for his work. His crew was equally polite. As a wife and mom who works from home each day, this was important to me. When the work was complete, my husband and I reviewed it carefully. It is worth noting, my husband is a perfectionist and a commercial construction superintendent. We were both amazed by the quality and care Sergio and his team had taken to complete their work. We did not find any work that needed correction. It was flawless from the start, and carefully checked by Sergio himself before he presented it as complete.
