At the estimate, Sergio showed up with examples of the materials he would provide, discussed our options, and patiently worked with us as we considered what work provided the changes we wanted to see in our home. Sergio even made a second trip out to answer additional questions and provide a revised estimate when we decided on additional work, something we were able to do because his pricing was fair. His estimate was detailed, complete, and easy to understand. When the work began, he was on time, courteous, quiet, and clean as he worked in our home.
