"I have had other companies do my closet work over the years - by far, the guys and gals at Premiere Closets in Oldsmar were on top of their game in every category - sales presentation, pricing, on-time for scheduled installation date, and the crew that came out was outstanding in every way."

"My tile roof was over 44 year old so it was time for a new roof most of the neighbors switched from tile to singles I personally wanted to stay with tile so I received five quotes, Brent Griffith Roofing beat all of them by far he made it feasible to stay with tile I remembered I had to be patient when getting a new roof because good roofers are always busy. B. Griffith Roofing, Inc. is top quality, the best price, his crew and support staff is excellence professional hard-working. I highly recommend B. Griffith Roofing, Inc. (727) 319-3408 Brent and support staff Carol, Nicole always returned my e-mails, txt, or phone calls. "We would like to thank Bill and his crew for fixing a problem that was created by another contractor. We had a paver patio installed that was approximately 625 square feet. It required a footer due to the screen enclosure that was to be installed after its completion. The previous (paver) contractor decided to pour the footer themselves and not get a permit. This was a problem since we were now unable to get a screen enclosure installed without a footer that had a permit. We called Bill to help us out and he determined the footer was also not deep enough and would not last. With his recommendation, along with our perception of his knowledge, experience and honesty, we proceeded to contract his team to create a new and improved concrete footer. The results were everything we could ask for in a professional organization. The team, led by Bill, created a superior concrete footer that undoubtedly saved us thousands down the road. Thank you again Bill! We hope to employ your services on future projects."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.

Professionals ensure safe, thorough repairs using quality materials, extending the life of your structure.

Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.

Using concrete footers is the best way to secure a gazebo on a deck without drilling. The weight of the footers is more likely to hold your gazebo in place than other methods. You can also pour concrete into flower pots to create an aesthetically pleasing concrete footer or use concrete columns to make a statement.
