"We would like to thank Bill and his crew for fixing a problem that was created by another contractor. We had a paver patio installed that was approximately 625 square feet. It required a footer due to the screen enclosure that was to be installed after its completion. The previous (paver) contractor decided to pour the footer themselves and not get a permit. This was a problem since we were now unable to get a screen enclosure installed without a footer that had a permit. We called Bill to help us out and he determined the footer was also not deep enough and would not last.
