"I was new to mold testing and understanding the procedure. Dwayne was more than happy to explain the process, in fact more than once if needed. Dwayne and his team were there when he said they'd be and it was a very smooth operation. I highly recommend them."

"A poorly installed shower pan in our rental home caused a leaking pipe behind the wall. This led to extensive wet wood mold and black mold growth behind the tile and on the drywall. Our rental company hired a different local mold remediation company to handle the remediation of all affected areas. After doing some research on what a mold remediation should look like we became very aware that that was not what occurred during our remediation. When we explained what had happened during our remediation to Mold Services Unlimited they confirmed our suspicion that our remediation had not been done properly. The remediation company did not properly contain the areas affected with mold which sent the mold spores throughout our entire home. Our air quality test results were off the chart on what the remediation company considered a completed job. Had it not been for the knowledge and guidance we received from Mold Services Unlimited we would unknowingly still be living in a mold infested home. Mold Services Unlimited is extremely thorough, professional, and passionate about the work they do. I would 100% recommend their services to others!"

"This company was a life saver! I got 4 quotes and I am so happy I chose quality 1. Yoni and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond from the start! I was pretty scared after discovering mold in my home but thankfully they really helped me through it! I don’t write a lot of reviews but I can honestly say that Yoni earned it in every way. I am so thankful and I 100% recommend Quality 1 for mold remediation work ."

"We wanted the work to be done sooner than later, so we went for the first bidder, but I recommend getting a couple of more bids, Zero Mold rep was on time, was professional but friendly, and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things to me as he went, so I understood what he was looking for and understood what his test equipment results meant. He gave me a fair estimate (i had done research on potential cost of remediation if I did have mold ahead of time) and his estimate was in the average for this service. He was prompt yet thorough. If all the technicians from this company are the same, I recommend them. Not being an expert, I will give it a month or two, revisit my attic and will then know for sure if the value per cost was as good as I think it is."

"I do not tolerate the smell of bleach, so I hired mold zero to vaporize using vinegar and hydrogen peroxide to get rid of surface mold in two rooms. There was no lingering odor and Bruno, one of their techs, returned to scrub doors that had mold remaining on them. Customer service is great and if you are a snowbird they can do remediation while you are away."

"The cost was too high but I felt better after the test was done and look forward to the results."

"The team at DR Mold Solutions did an amazing job with our mold assessment needs. They were quick, affordable, and friendly. The report I received from them was very thorough and professional. They continued to guide me through my project even after the completion of their job. I will be recommending them to my friends and family when they have indoor air quality needs."

"Lightning was amazing. They came out with little to no notice. Stabilized the situation at the house and then Help us with the remediation and dealing with the insurance co. I highly recommend Lighting to anyone who has any remediation situation."

"I can’t say enough good things about Andres and his mold remediation team. What started as a stressful situation turned into such a positive experience because of how supportive, patient, and thorough they were. During the process, more mold was discovered than we originally expected, which was honestly overwhelming for me. Instead of making the situation feel worse, the team handled everything with such professionalism and compassion. They took the time to explain each step, answer all of my questions, and reassure me that they would take care of the problem the right way. They were incredibly thorough, careful with my home, and clearly committed to making sure everything was done safely and completely. What meant the most to me was how supportive they were throughout the entire process. They understood how stressful it can be to deal with mold and really helped ease my worries. I highly recommend them for mold remediation services."
