Terry Rankin, the Operations Manager showed up within two hours of me making a request on Angi's. He showed up when he said he would and was very prepared. He went above and beyond. He cleaned every area he worked in and left the areas better than when he started. I couldn't be happier with Ducts work, service, and professionalism. I will be using them on an annual basis. Terry runs the company the way a company should be ran. I would recommend Ducts 100% to any of my friends or family. Excellent service!!!!!!!!!

Ducts came to clean AC trunk line & vents today. They sealed off any leaks. The two guys did a great job, cleaned up after themselves & were gone in 3 hours.

They were prompt, keeping the appointment time; they were neat and considerate with keeping our home clean, even removing their shoes. They did a good job of cleaning our ductwork and dryer vent.

Two very professional folks showed up for the work. Showed me before and after pictures. They not only did a great job cleaning out my duct work and dryer vent, but kept my house clean while doing so. Probably completed the job in under two hours. Highly recommend!

I was first impressed when the owner, Mr Rankin , answered the phone within 2 rings. After explaining what i was looking for , Mr Rankin explained in detail what his company could do as far as duct cleaning of my HVAC system. He was forthright and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding his company's reputation and experience. Immediately after our conversation he emailed me a very detailed quite and his company insurance documentation. My appointment was made., and he texted me the names of the technicians. They arrived on time, equipped with booties to wear thru out the house. The work performed took about 4 hours from start to finish. Mr Rankin's techs were extremely polite and very respectful . They also took their tome cleaning up after themselves. We have noticed an immediate improvement, so much so i was considering replacing HVAC unit before i met Mr Rankin. Now the unit is working as it should and my entire hone is very comfotable. I am so happy with the results and if you are considering getting your HVAC ductwork cleaned and sealed , I would highly recommend this company. Good to see great customer service. The duct cleaning has really made a difference in the air in our home! I didnâ  t realize that the house smelled musty until after the ducts were cleaned and sealed. My sinuses are significantly clearer in the mornings, and the furniture isnâ  t dusty the day after I dust. Terry and his crew were very professional. My only regret is not doing this sooner!

They were very professional showed up on time wore protective masks and foot covering got right to work as soon as they arrived. They explained as they went everything they were doing. They checked and cleaned throughly all the ducts and dryer vent. Sealed all vents. As soon as they finished the air quality was great.. This is one of the best companies I have had the opportunity to have come into my home and work. They are very professional at their job and take time to explain what they are doing and why. Terry and his crew were quick to understand the issue and come to my rescue. Birds had torn off our vent covers and nested in the ducts. They shooed out the birds, cleaned and disinfected the vents, and replaced the vent covers all within about 4 hours of my initial HomeAdvisor request. They went above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful.
