Stains appeared a week after the cleaning was done. They refused to come out to see problem- Traffic area in theFamily and the Room was gray but it is now brown. Was told they might come out to see the rug, but any more work would include a room charge for cleaning. I asked to speak to the Owner and the woman said **she is not available, and I HAVE THE AUTHORITY** She did not listen to anything I said. Accused me of putting furniture on carpet and staining g it after the cleaning. I left with a driver when the cleaning was done. Left a ceiling fan going. Did not return for a week. Furniture had been moved to wood floors and was left there until I returned. A waste of time and money and a ruined carpet! Very bad service.

This is the only company that actually called. All others were either text or email. I appreciated the call and conversation much more than all the electronic communication! Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with....A+++ in the customer service category. My 96 year-old fatherâ s home received a deep clean including carpets. The work was completed to my total satisfaction. My family is so grateful to have the CleanCare Team in our lives! We have two small children and busy work schedules so the convenience of not having to stress about cleaning house is a breath of fresh air in the madness! Our experience with this company was not a good one. The work was not always complete, but the main issue was the attitude of the team and sending new women every week. The final week was one of the women threatening my assistant who was trying to ask them to do something they had not done. The lead person also was very nice whenever the owner of the service came with her but had a very defiant attitude whenever asked to do something. When we brought our concerns up with the owner she said she didnt believe us and it just wasnt a fit even though one of the women apologized to my assistant for the way her teammate had spoken to her.
