One suggestion is for him to be a little better at communicating, like asking us to check his work so we can let him know if we wanted a tile switched (which we still did check and had one switched out because it was chipped). His people came in and tore up all my old tile, patched cracks and vapor sealed the floor before installing our new 24 × 48 polished porcelain tiles. The work is exquisite.
