One suggestion is for him to be a little better at communicating, like asking us to check his work so we can let him know if we wanted a tile switched (which we still did check and had one switched out because it was chipped). My new kitchen backsplash looks great. This was a difficult job as there were cabinet valances and many electric plug openings plus a large opening to another room that had to be dealt with by framing it carefully with the tile all around. During installation I was unhappy with one aspect of the work. They examined the problem and without hesitation said they would do what it takes to make it right. In this day and age that is a rare thing. They did this work for a fair price. While some underbid them, you get what you pay for. Would I use them for my tile or flooring future needs yes, I would."

"This is my first review for Miguel and 413 Construction. At first I was skeptical about hiring them. I took a chance on having them install porcelain tile throughout most of my home. They removed the baseboard , installed the tile, reinstalled the baseboard, installed my 2 new toilet bowls and reinstalled a pedestal sink. I highly recommend them, let them do the job and don't hawk over them, they know what they are doing. Floor has no uneven tiles as they used tile leveling clips. Very professional work and for the tremendous job they did fairly priced. Floor is still looking fantastic over three years later."
