Prompt and Great Communication

I called later in the day, but a professional was at my house within an hour. The issue was fixed and our unit was back up and running.

Just an example of why weâ re so happy with Geoff and Keegan. After getting out of the shower last night noticed it was stuffy in the house. Checked thermostat only to find it dead (no power.) Tried a few things myself then at about 9:50pm texted Geoff. Within minutes he replied saying â itâ s the float switch, guarantee.â Within 15-20 minutes Keegan was here. Sure enough, float switch was â openâ and the drain line was plugged. Keegan knew just what to do to fix the issue (and clean things so we donâ t have this issue again in a few days) and had us back up and running within a half hour.

Geoff came out the same day as our request. He was knowledgeable about the situation & fixed the problem in an hour.

My AC died and he came out at 8:00 pm so we would not have to suffer in the heat. He explained everything and what the problem is. He even gave us a discount to cut down the cost. He is great with follow through.

They did a geat job for me. They were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond. They explained everything to me in great detail. I also signed me up for HVAC maintenance cleaning. The last people who cleaned it did a half job. They showed me it was basically not clean at all so that was money thrown away. It is great to have a company that will stand behind their work and will be servicing my HVAC.

Geoff and his son Keegan were very personable, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable He walked us through the process first then patiently walked us through the operation of the new thermostat.
