He talked over all window options with me and together we Picked out beautiful safe and efficient windows for my home at a great price ! Install was great ! Perfect ! "Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions. However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time. I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.
The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED! All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.
I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.
In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else. He is a really good guy - very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

"From start to finish I was pleased with the work HPA performed. What was promised is exactly what was delivered and that is very rare in a contractor these days. They were very clean. Had the entire job done by 4pm in one day. From start to finish job only look 5 weeks whereas competition gave me deadlines of around 18-24 weeks"
