When he removed the light from the box, he found that one of the three lights was broken. He went to Lowe's, exchanged the light, and then installed the new one. WOW!!! "Two crew members showed up the morning the job was to be done.  They couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.  The job went well, for I had questioned whether it could all be done in one day.  It could be. They cleaned up nicely before leaving.  We couldn't be happier with the work done.  Now when we look around the cage we're seeing "white" rather than rusted screw heads.  It's too bad the work done hadn't been the manner in which the cage was first constructed.  And just recently I called about replacing the cage door to which they'd added the door pull when first here.  Very next day the same two fellows showed up, put the door in place, used existing hardware, added the screen, screwed the lattice in place which runs all around the lower part of our cage.  Again, couldn't be happier.
