Call him before you pay the extra emergency fee.1 - He knows his field and explains what the issues are. Our issue was both our upstair bathroom toilets were clogged and overfilling. In addition to the sewage started to come out through the tub drain. The water from the toilet was also leaking through our first floor ceiling. It was a mess. We found out both our toilet did not have the toilet wax o-ring because the leaks from the toilet was leaking through our first floor ceiling. He offered to place them literally at no cost. Then he snake drained under the toilet NOT through the toilet which scratches the toilets porcelin. He was professional, respectful of your property, and cleaned up after the work was done. He is willing to patch and paint if need. I can’t say how much I appreciate that he resolved our problem. Lastly, the price was amazingly reasonable for the amount of work he did. He is affordable and fair priced. Definitely will be a return customer for any plumbing problems. Thank you Bruz!"
