They came late at night to alleviate a clogged drain so our mother/ motherin law who is 85 could resume us ring the bathroom in her en-suite. This was so great as she has difficulty with change, hearing and seeing so keeping her in a familiar scenario was essential.

The technician arrived within the appointment window. Unfortunately, I did not write down the name of the young man who cleaned out the drains because he deserves to be called out for his service. He was a conscientious technician who did not seem to mind my looking over his shoulders as he completed the job. He answered all my questions and explained why and what he was doing. He cleaned up and even took the trash out for me.

The service was great and professional. However, after 5 PM you can only pay with cash or by a pay-by-phone app. They didn't inform me of that and they arrived 7:30 PM when I was originally scheduled for 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. I didn't have the app and wasn't going to be rushed into signing on to one. This resulted in a trip to the ATM. Using a credit card shouldn't be restricted by time or a check should be accepted or send a bill. It's not like I'm going to move to avoid paying.

Alex the plumber that came out to me was so comforting and patient and most of all did the job right and even though it was a dirty job he left my bathroom spotless! They arrived on time and I donâ t even think I waited a whole hour for them to come to me once I called for service. They got there quick and were very efficient. I definitely will be sending everyone I know over to Grand Rooter. 5 stars two thumbs up everything!

The staff was professional at all times. They had to go to Home Depot to buy parts and returned and finished the job. When they place tools on your tile or counters they should use a tarp or something below as not to scratch the tiles or counters.

Rate was reasonable but for the minimal complexity could probably have been cheaper. Experience was good. Overall quick response, arrival and completion of job. The plumber provided good guidance on maintenance that is recommended based on the type of fittings.

I want to thank Alex and Fidel for coming out so promptly on New Years Day to replace a water pipe in my yard that broke. Great quality of work, very professional and they were able to replace the pipe with minimal disruption to our water system.
