"Contacted by William at Leonard Air Plumbing to repair a leaking shower faucet. Their technician came to my house, told me I needed a new part which he had to go out and purchase. I agreed and he fixed the leak (total cost approx $500). In doing so, he broke the shower handle. I realized the handle was broken after he left when I went to use the shower that night, so I contacted William and he dispatched the technician again. This time I was told I needed another new part, which I had to order (for $92). The part finally arrived, and now William says it will cost another $180 for the technician to install the part. When I objected, William told me the part was already broken and accused me of trying to get him to do work for free. Not a pleasant experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere, recommend you do the same."

"I hired home pros to re-pipe my home and from the beginning they were prompt, knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They explained the process and it was exactly what they said. Once the work was done they worked with me to schedule the final inspection. I take care of my 4 grandchildren and 2 of them are on the spectrum and I take them to therapy so my schedule is kind of crazy to say the least but home pros worked with me. They were amazing and very supportive of my situation. Now the work they did in my home was very professional and they did an outstanding job!! He asked for cash. I gave him a large bill and he agreed to cash app change. The change never came and now he avoids all text messages and calls. The ironic part is I was going to give him multiple other jobs needing to be done around the house worth way more to him than what he owes me. The only positive is that I learned quickly he is not trustworthy or detail oriented. I would not recommend. "

"Hi Hired Vleyz Maintenance (Samuel) to replace my toilet. Although the price agreement was to replace the toilet and take the old toilet with them. The toilet was left in the condominium. Security called me and I was charged $50. I asked Samuel to reimburse me but no answer. Also, Samuel needed a larger water connector and I was charged $50 for something that does not cost more that $9 - $12."
