"Contacted by William at Leonard Air Plumbing to repair a leaking shower faucet. Their technician came to my house, told me I needed a new part which he had to go out and purchase. I agreed and he fixed the leak (total cost approx $500). In doing so, he broke the shower handle. I realized the handle was broken after he left when I went to use the shower that night, so I contacted William and he dispatched the technician again. This time I was told I needed another new part, which I had to order (for $92). The part finally arrived, and now William says it will cost another $180 for the technician to install the part. When I objected, William told me the part was already broken and accused me of trying to get him to do work for free. Not a pleasant experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere, recommend you do the same."

"I hired home pros to re-pipe my home and from the beginning they were prompt, knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They explained the process and it was exactly what they said. Once the work was done they worked with me to schedule the final inspection. The ironic part is I was going to give him multiple other jobs needing to be done around the house worth way more to him than what he owes me. The only positive is that I learned quickly he is not trustworthy or detail oriented. I would not recommend. "
