This is a firm that is very concerned about the quality of their work ... a firm that takes pride in high quality and is concerned about any potential lapses. They arrived with a formidable task, cleaning a recently soaked carpet that developed a brown moldy discoloration and fragrance 2 days after the soak. The brown was 5 days old when they arrived. The brown is now gone. They are trustworthy and careful.
