They said they don't care how dirty the cage is it's $110 bucks flat . They are a national company and they just want to keep there fleet of men busy all the time . "I got a couple quotes from local exterior cleaners for my green aluminum standing seam roof. The roof was installed in 2008 and had never been cleaned. There was quite a bit of black mold covering about 40% of the roof. Taylor Roofing suggested I find someone locally who did "soft wash, no step" cleaning. Ray's quote came in $250 less then the other vendor. I was also impressed that Ray had an A+ rating with the BBB and was an approved pro on Angi's list with 30 five star reviews... the other company, aside from price, did not have these credentials. Ray showed up and proceeded to test a small section of roof to determine the efficacy of the cleaner and any effect it might have on the roof. He then asked me to take a look at the section he had cleaned to be sure I was happy with the results. To my surprise the black mold was completely removed with no adverse effect to the roof or roof color. I was extremely happy with Ray's works and certainly his competitive price. I noticed he did not have many recent reviews so I was motivated to write one. Great no nonsense service, reasonably priced and fast (took about two hours). I plan to use Ray again every few year to prevent the mold buildup again."

"Unfortunately I was not on site when this job was done. Although the ceiling turned out decent the walls turned out terrible. They painted over nails, thumbtacks, they didn't send out any lumps or bumps or anything that had been mutted they just paint it right over it. They did not remove any towel racks or fixtures, or light socket coverings or electrical sockets socket coverings and got paint on all of them. There was only one coat put on the spare bedroom, One of the bathrooms, and in the kitchen. In the kitchen they use two different paints. The color that I chose and white for some strange reason. They used a different brand of paint in the master bathroom. Although it looked like the same color when I went to touch up things that they missed it did not match and I ended up having to paint the entire wall. Also, I was asked for more money twice to buy paint. Although I was quoted a price with paint included. I also have missing items. I emailed the owner of this company and rec"
