"I have a very large concrete driveway on an acres of land. The concrete is very pitted and had extensive mold embedded in the crevices. Surface Pro's did a complete bleach, scrub, and fresh rinse. It's never looked better since I've been here. They also noticed some spider webs and mud dauber debris on the house eaves and walls on the front of my house and were nice enough to take a little extra time and pressure clean those areas with a light rinsing of all the walls for a clean fresh look. Excellent service with no high sales pressure. Highly recommended."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.
