"Curb Appeal M.D. Pressure Washing did a spectacular job. I will never use another service again. It had been over a year since I'd had this work done and everything was quite dirty/mildewy. The roof looks almost brand new (it's 26 years old) and my driveway and sidewalks are so gleaming-white that I keep looking out the windows to admire them! The price was extremely fair for so much work. The crew was professional and communicative and left everything spotless. Clearly, I give this company my highest recommendation. Thank you!"

"I have had the pleasure of working with Austin, the owner and to my knowledge, single individual behind R.L.G. Pool and Property Services. Throughout the past ten years, Austin has alerted my attention to a burned out pool light, cracks in the filter, pool pump replacement and most recently a suspected water leak...he always knows who to send me to if he feels that is best for me. Polite, dependable, experienced and always fair are the reasons I always recommend him and choose him way above any other in this field!"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Your pro will most likely bill you at an hourly rate of $50 to $80 per hour to sandblast a door due to its small size. This type of job won't take long, so if you have other surfaces that need cleaning, schedule those tasks at the same time to get your money's worth from your pro's visit.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.

Most projects take 1-3 days, depending on the surface area and complexity.
