"RMI did an amazing job taking radon measurements at my home. They were incredibly professional and set up their equipment with great care to ensure accurate results. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain the process to me, making sure I understood every step. When they delivered the results, they provided clear recommendations, which gave me confidence in addressing any potential issues."

"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"Needed work done on my home quickly and they were able to come out within the day for an estimate. Within a few days the repairs I needed were fixed and done very well. Would definitely hire again if I ever need some work done on my home again."

"Toi completed the project quickly. Not only did he came to my home on the same day (short notice), but he took the time to explain the testing procedure and timeline. He is courteous and professional. The pricing was reasonable and fair compared to his competitors. Plus it is always nice to support a local small business :)"

"They were very good. They Came in with machines and equipment that they needed and knew what they were doing."

"They are punctual, on time and very professional."

"Both ladies were very friendly and professional. However it was hard for me to feel 100% at ease because at times they appeared unknowledgeable or asking each other about proper use of their equipment. They did come out fast to my property when another appointment I had with a mold tester fell through.
