For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. "It went great. He was a consultant and not a sales person. I explained the issues that I was having with my pool deck and enclosure. He explained why they were occurring and offered a solution. We had planned on also "sealing" the pool deck after the cleaning, but he said that he now advised against the sealing since it would do little based on the type of pool deck tiles that we have. The enclosure and the pool deck now look brand new. He also advised me on some simple maintenance that I could do to extent the life of the cleaning before needing another one."

Driveway needed touch-up but they communicated well and came out to make repairs. Grade A Back patio powerwashing was done very well but epoxy sealing still let grass come through, overall a grade "B" for this part. These guys were very professional from the initial quote, through the job and in follow up on minor driveway issues.
