"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"To start off, Eyal was flexible with both of our schedules.  He is very friendly and quickly earned the trust of us (and our dogs).  He came right on time and went straight to work.  Eyal explained everything that he was doing so we could understand.  It is clear that he is a hard worker.  After he finished hanging all of the light fixtures and chandelier, he showed us how to pull apart our table to make the chandelier look even better.  Without us even asking, he fixed the bent pieces and left the table in better shape than he found it.
Not only was Eyal an efficient worker, he was also respectful of our time and space.  He was tidy and cleaned up any mess that was made in his work.  Eyal is courteous, concienscious, and extremely fair.  We feel lucky to have found him and we are already coming up with a new list of tasks for Eyal to do!

We had planned on also "sealing" the pool deck after the cleaning, but he said that he now advised against the sealing since it would do little based on the type of pool deck tiles that we have. The enclosure and the pool deck now look brand new. He also advised me on some simple maintenance that I could do to extent the life of the cleaning before needing another one."
