"This is the third time Carl has worked for us. He did roof repair and built an outside deck before. This time we were renovating our kitchen. Carl spent 4 days removing wood paneling, painting, plumbing and even made several trips to Home Depot to pick up needed materials. Carl is an excellent worker. "Panda sent a guy to assess the damage and make an estimate of repair. He took pictures, fully explained to me what they would do and assured me that their work would be guaranteed for several years. After I accepted the proposal they sent two young men who clearly were experienced in roof repair. They tore up the old shingles, showed me the rotten subsurface plywood and then removed it. They put in a new 4' by 8' section of plywood and added some extra support rails under the replaced piece just for extra insurance. New vents were installed with flashing and then they put down the water block underlay roofing paper. They had searched for similar shingles to replace as closely with the existing shingles color as possible. Wonderful job. Good people. Would recommend highly."
